Perri Jones is the proud daughter of the Legendary R&B Artist,
At a young age, Perri reciting poetry then moved to writing and reciting her own poetry. She then started competing in local, regional, and national competitions. Perri has become an outstanding orator with a growing list of appearances and awards.
In January 2008, Perri won first-place in the Martin Luther King Jr. Oratory Contest.
“My opportunities are unlimited,” explained the fourth-grader at the twelfth annual contest, noting that because of the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., she could aspire to be anything she wished to be—whether a talk-show host like Oprah Winfrey, the secretary of state like Condoleezza Rice, or a world-famous singer like Beyoncé Knowles.
Perri, has now begun to WOW audiences with her “GOD-GIVEN” gift of singing, and looks forward to a promising singing career.
